By placing an order with Dirty Duck Printing or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These exist to keep expectations clear and ensure a smooth process for everyone.
Custom Orders & Payment
All orders are custom-made based on the information provided in the order form.
Payment is required upfront before production begins.
Once payment has been made and production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Artwork Approval
Customers are required to review and approve all artwork, including spelling, colors, sizing, and placement, before production begins.
Once artwork is approved:

No changes can be made

Dirty Duck Printing is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer
Errors & Reprints
If Dirty Duck Printing produces an order that does not match the approved order details, we will take responsibility and offer a reprint or replacement.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include photos for review.
Customer-Provided Content
Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or designs they provide. Dirty Duck Printing is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues related to customer-supplied content.
Quality & Variations
Minor variations in color, placement, or texture may occur due to the nature of custom printing and embroidery. These variations are not considered defects.
Limitation of Liability
Dirty Duck Printing’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
